1. We wrap our wontons by hand!

2. Chuen (the co-owner & chef) makes all our sauces in-house (except for the soy sauce), and he has yet to disclose his recipes!

3. Chuen uses his unique mix of spices for our fried chicken wings.

4. We use vegetable oil in ALL of our cooking, including the fried noodles!
